在民用的5G电子设备和军事的航天、航空等领域,由于发热引起的过热问题是限制发展重要因素。因此,热管理材料(热界面材料、均热材料、相变材料等)的开发是解决该问题的关键环节。而炭材料因具备本征高导热性,在散热方面占据重要地位,其中以炭纤维,碳纳米管,石墨和石墨烯为代表的轻质炭材料最为突出。
《新型炭材料》精心策划了“热管理炭”专题,以武汉科技大学李轩科教授、上海理工大学杨俊和教授和清华大学深圳国际研究生院杜鸿达副教授为客座编辑,特邀相关研究领域的专家学者撰写了5篇综述和6篇研究论文。
