The Cooling/Thermal Engineer will be based in Shanghai-Zhangjiang. Flex’s R&D team is seeking an experienced candidate who will undertake cooling system design and development for autonomous vehicle system. You will perform working on the full cycle of product development required to bring the product successfully to market.

Cooling design and development for autonomous vehicle systemThermal simulation and keeping improvement for cooling systemThermal test and issue solutionThermal interface material development
Here is some of what you’ll need (required)…
Bachelor/above degree on Thermal or Mechanical Engineering related area 5+ years cooling design and development experience, 5+ projects cooling design experienceHave at least 2 types cooling approach experiences of natural/forced air/liquid coolingExperience with high thermal design power, high density, size constrainedSkilled with 3D software tools, like Creo (ProE), UGNX, Catia or SolidWorksProficient in cooling design and developmentProficient in thermal simulation with software tools, like Icepak, FloTHERMFamiliar with the thermal property and processes of various materials (plastics, metal, rubber, glass, textile, etc.)Knowledge of product mechanical design and development on automotive productsLab capabilities including temperature measurements, flow measurements, using thermal chambersGood command of read & write English, worked in English environment

工作职责：
1. 负责汽车自动驾驶模块的冷却系统设计和开发
2. 对冷却系统的设计进行热仿真，及设计持续优化
3. 在产品开发过程中进行散热测试，及散热问题解决
4. 冷却系统的物料选型和开发
任职需求：
1. 精通汽车相关产品的冷却系统设计和开发（包括水冷系统）
2. 精通热仿真及相关软件，如Icepak、FloTHERM等
3. 熟悉了解各种材料的热属性和加工工艺（塑胶、金属、橡胶、玻璃、纺织品等）
4. 了解汽车相关产品的结构设计和开发
5. 具备散热测试、及使用热测试箱等实验室能力
6. 热工程或机械工程相关专业本科以上学历，5年以上冷却系统设计和开发经验
7. 英语读写熟练，有口语交流能力
