Responsibilities:
? Simulating and caculating the thermal of motor via Ansys flent or Acusolve and optimise the design to improve the motor continues performance.
使用Ansys flent or Acusolve软件对电机的热系统进行模拟分析和计算，从而优化设计提升电机的连续性能；
? Familiar with the thermal layout and contactivity base on different material combination of motor, provide the solution for motor design.
熟悉电机热在各种材料组合情况下的分布和热传导情况，能够为电机的整体设计提供方案；
? Cooperating with electromagnetic&mechnical engineer to finish the design of motor projects.
同电磁和机械工程师协作，一起完成相关电机项目的设计；
? Provide the fast analization and solution for the problems in the process of testing.
对在测试过程中出现的问题，快速的分析并提出解决方案；
? Finish other temporary jobs assigned by line manager .
完成其他临时交办的工作。
Requirements:
? Master degree or above, major in thermal conductivity or equivalent work experience.
硕士学历或以上，热传导或类似专业。
? 5 to 8 years experience in Motor thermal design. Have the heat transfer knowledge in different mateial.
5到8年电机热设计的相关经验，具有在不同材料间的热传导相关知识。
? Familiar with Microsoft Office, Solidworks modeling software, Ansys flent or Acusolve software.
熟悉Microsoft Office,Solidworks Cad建模软件、 Ansys flent or Acusolve等类似软件。
? Be able to work independently.

? Good problem –solving ability
