?相关的必要技术技能：
1） 热工与暖通空调整车级测试工程师
2） 至少有两个完整的项目热管理测试经验
3） 熟悉整车开发流程和热管理开发流程，特别是BEV
4） 在汽车气候风洞试验方面有丰富的经验，包括动力总成冷却、蓄电池冷却、HVAC冷却和预热、除霜等。
5） 有丰富的汽车道路试验经验，包括冬季和夏季试验
6） 能独立制定热管理测试计划、仪器安装、测试、数据后处理和报告
7 有动力系统冷却和HVAC系统校准经验
8） 驾照是必须的
?良好的英语沟通能力（书面和口头）。
