Job Summary:
Offer heat transfer related evaluation and consults in new product development, new technology development and value engineering projects.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for heat exchanger design and performance validation in refrigeration system or electronic heat dissipation.Develop, manage and maintain specifications and guidelines for heat exchanger design. Assure all design and changes are qualified and implemented in accordance with TT standards.
Qualifications:
Master's Degree in Refrigeration Engineering or related degree and at least 3-year work experience with engineering role, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience. At least CET 6 and capable to handle meeting with foreign engineers.
Essential Skills or Knowledge:
Solid heat transfer theory with strong modeling and simulation on heat transfer mechanism. Prefer to have experience on software, such as Fluent, Icepak, CFX… Master on one computer language, such as VB, Python, C++ Knowledge on engineering excellence and capable to apply popular six sigma tools in design work, such as A3, FMEA, QFD, DoE and so on. Candidates should be result-oriented. He/she should manage time to drive progress aggressively by self. Strong performance on literature research and report. Keep track on latest academic progress on related industry. English capability is necessary.
