The Thermal Engineer/Manager will be based in Shenzhen.
We are looking for someone who demonstrates:

Here is a glimpse of what you’ll do:
Perform thermal simulation independently (Flotherm, icepak, etc) and recommend solution to resolve thermal issuesKnowledgable in material characteristic in terms of thermal performanceExecute DOEs in solving thermal issuesResponsible in managing thermal team (several engineers and technician) day to day activitiesPerform other duties and functions as assign by superiors.
Here is some of what you’ll need (required):
Experience in running thermal simulation software to evaluate thermal performance of the product and propose solutionPerform actual thermal testing/measurement
Here are a few of our preferred experiences:
Knowledgeable on power supply design cooling techniques for servers or adaptors, knowledgeable in fan control algorithm
