Tasks职责:
1.Perform static and dynamic sealing test, endurance test, aging test, material test (rubber...)
执行研发测试包括静态和动态测试，扭转测试，疲劳测试，温度加热测试
2.Analyse the customer testing specification and evaluate the feasibility, lead time, cost...
分析客户/内部产品测试规范，评估可行性，提供测试方案，实验周期以及资源
3.Complete, track, summarize, analyse, the testing result.
操作，完成，追踪实验；总结分析测试结果，得出结论
4. Redact the official testing report for internal and customer communication
根据实验结果完成标准，专业的实验报告，释放给客户。
5.Be autonomous in term of testing method and daily management
独立完成试验方法制定，发行，存档，更新等，以及日常的实验安排与管理
6.Keep 5S in laboratory and in the office, Arrange and keep well for test fixture and JIG
保持试验及办公区域5S状态，管理与维护实验工装与夹具
7.Communicate with fixture design, and technical, and project for the test assembly and test method
负责和工装设计，产品应用设计，以及项目协调测试技术和方法
8.Manage and handling daily job
管理和处理实验室日常事务
9. Follow the companies’ regulation, be responsible for safety working and production
遵守公司规章制度，对安全工作及安全生产负责
10. Good habit in working area

Requirements要求：
1. Bachelor degree or above in mechanical or material
本科及以上学历，机械或材料相关专业
2.Continuous improvement mindset & (design fixture optimization, lesson learnt, test method improvement..). Well organized working habit
具备持续改善的工作态度与思维， 有条理的管理试验资源
3.Good in English（especially in written)
英语流利(特别是书写）
4.Skill to use office（Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
办公软件使用熟练
