岗位职责：
1. Localization and local development of battery thermal management in alignment with RD Germany
电池热管理系统本地开发工作
2. Simulate fluid system with combination of both 1D and 3D CFD tools
结合CFD工具，对系统进行一维和三维仿真
3. Validate thermal system with test bench, develop correlation method and database within simulation and test results.
开展热管理台架试验, 对比仿真与试验结果，形成数据库文件
4. Define thermal system components specification. Support vehicle thermal management development.
确认热管理系统零部件规格，支持整车热管理开发
5. Failure investigation, reporting & resolution; supplier management and supplier evaluation
失效分析，报告及改善；供应商管理，及供应商评价
任职要求：
1. Bachelor degree or above in Mechanical/ Thermal Power Engineering or equivalent, master degree preferred
机械工程，热能工程或相关专业本科及以上学位（硕士优先）
2. More than 5year work experience, deep knowledge with fluid dynamics and thermodynamics theory, experience in battery thermal development from concept to detailed production
五年以上工作经验，熟知流体力学和热力学知识，具备从概念到量产的全流程电池热管理系统开发经验
3. Familiar with 1D flow and 3D CFD analysis, proficient in use of simulation tools (AVL CRUISE M, KULI, AMESim, Matlab/Simulink…)
熟悉一维和三维CFD分析方法，可以熟练使用仿真工具（例如AVL CRUISE M, KULI, AMESim, Matlab/Simulink等）
4. Fluent spoken/ written English, German language skills highly preferred
英语说/写技能流利，同时具备德语技能的优先
5. Ability to communicate and to work in an international team
