负责新能源纯电和混动汽车高压驱动电机、电驱系统的流场、热场仿真分析、优化及文档编写；Responsible for the simulation analysis, optimization and documentation of flow field and thermal field of new energy pure electric vehicle and hybrid high-voltage drive motor and electric drive system;
使用主流热管理仿真软件(如Fluent、CFX等)进行仿真分析，制定热管理设计方案；Use mainstream thermal management simulation software (such as Fluent, CFX, etc.) to carry out simulation analysis and develop thermal management design scheme；负责典型工况或客户提供工况的热管理仿真和分析，制定优化方案和措施；Responsible for thermal management simulation and analysis of typical operating conditions or customer provided operating conditions, develop optimization schemes and measures;负责与客户进行电机、电机控制器、电驱系统的热管理技术沟通，制定技术方案；Responsible for communicating with customers on the thermal management of motor, motor controller and electric drive system, and developing technical solutions;了解、收集、跟进国内外电驱系统和部件的热管理技术、趋势，建立技术储备；Understand, collect and follow up the domestic and foreign thermal management technology and trend of electric drive system and components, establish technical reserve;负责热管理材料选型、性能测试和工艺导入；Responsible for thermal management material selection, performance testing and process introduction;负责电机、电机控制器的热管理相关规范和设计手册的编写，负责热管理系统的专利起草；Responsible for the preparation of motor and motor controller thermal management related specifications and design manuals, responsible for the thermal management system patent drafting;
负责解决电机、驱动系统的热管理相关问题；Responsible for solving the thermal management problem of motor and drive system;参与电驱系统热管理设计和控制器策略的制定。Participate in thermal management design and controller strategy formulation of electric drive system.
任职要求：
具有5年以上100V-1000V电驱系统和部件(电机、电机控制器等)热管理仿真工作经验，有新能源汽车驱动电机(永磁同步电机为主)热管理开发经验，特别是具有量产项目成功研发经验；More than 5 years' experience in thermal management simulation of 100V-1000V electric drive systems and components (motors, motor controllers, etc.), experience in thermal management development of new energy vehicle drive motors (permanent magnet synchronous motors), especially experience in successful research and development of mass production projects;
熟练掌握电驱系统和其部件的热管理仿真和分析方法、流程；Familiar with the thermal management simulation and analysis methods and processes of the electric drive system and its components;主导和负责的项目取得良好市场表现的予以优先考虑；Leading and responsible projects with good market performance will be given priority;精通流体力学、热力学，精通主流热管理仿真工具(Fluent、CFX等)，熟悉电驱系统和部件(电机、电机控制器、传动齿轮)热特性和结构;Proficient in fluid mechanics and thermodynamics, proficient in mainstream thermal management simulation tools (Fluent, CFX, etc.), familiar with the thermal characteristics and structure of electric drive system and components (motor, motor controller, transmission gear);CET-4以上，熟悉英文书写和工作沟通。CET-4 or above, familiar with English writing and working communication.
