1,熟悉热管理系统（含空调，冷却）原理，具有指定和分析热管理架构能力（含电动车，混动车）；
2，熟悉管理系统部件选型要求，能根据不同车型需求制定部件性能目标；
3，具有一维及三维仿真分析能力，熟练操作kuli,STAR-CCM+,GT-cool等仿真分析软件；具有NVH分析经验；
4，具有系统试验策划能力，含混动车型及纯电动车整车热平衡，空调环模，热泵空调系统实验；
5，具有三个以上纯电动车或混动车型热管理系统开发经验，有热泵空调系统开发经验优先；
6，有团队协作能力，态度良好。
