岗位职责：
1、主导模块散热评估与设计工作；
2、主导负责模块热测试及问题解决；
3、参与模块应用中散热物料选型和检测工作；
4、执行chip和PCB不同level各种热测试环境的搭建和测试，并提供热测试报告；
5、优化模块热仿真模型及结论；
6、其他领导交付的工作。
岗位要求：
1、掌握一种以上常用热仿真软件；熟悉3D结构设计软件；
2、有产品结构及散热设计仿真、测试经验；做过具体的散热设计；有手机、模块及整机散热设计及仿真经验尤佳；
3、熟悉传热学和流体力学的相关原理，熟悉自然冷却和强迫风冷的计算，了解液冷系统者佳；有过实际设计经验；
4、了解常用材料的属性，和选用时的考虑因素；
5、设计过不小于20W功耗的散热，有过实际产品经验；
6、能独立承担模块及整机系统级产品散热结构方案；
7、有较强沟通能力，与其他开发部门协同合作完成产品开发；
8、有极强的学习钻研能力，善于思考问题与求证，踏实肯干，积极主动，具备团队合作精神；
9、本科以上学历，工作经验3年以上，其中散热设计不少于2年。
